You will find notes of dark cherry, raspberry, cedar, and vanilla, with a big red fruit taste. The elegant finish is full-bodied and robust. This rich, dark-hued wine is exploding with aromas of blackberry, plum, and jam, and a taste of black currant. This grape has a wonderful hybrid earthy taste filled with plum, blackberry, and hints of black pepper with a long warm finish On the palate you will find notes of strawberry jam and a smoky backgroundĪ rich colored red wine made with grapes grown here on our vineyard. We have recently planted these grapes on our vineyard and this wine will be estate grown in coming years.Ī smooth red filled with raspberry and violets on the nose. This sweeter white wine is made from a native North American grape. Q: We are coming with a small group but my friend doesn't drink wine, can we bring beer?Ī: Nope, there are no outside alcoholic beverages allowed on the property. Bottles of wine can be purchased during the week (Tuesday - Saturday) as well.Ī: Our farm store is very family oriented and kids are always allowed (with supervision) in the store and outside in the patio area, however, you must be 21 or over to be in the tasting rooms.Ī: Yes, but all pets must stay outside, be on a leash, be friendly towards people and other animals, and you must pick up after them. Here are some other frequently asked questions, if you don't see what you're looking for here, feel free to send us a message!Ī: The winery is open Fridays 12 - 8, and Saturdays 12 - 6 for glasses, bottles, samplers, and slushies. We always want to be properly staffed and make sure all our customers can be accommodated. We also ask that if you are coming with a party of 8 or more to let us know in advance. We generally have breads, cheeses, and fruits available in the store as well as bottled water, sodas, and lemonades. Feel free to bring your own snacks but there are no alcoholic beverages (other than our wine) permitted. We have seating available inside and outside on our porch and patio. We make all of our wines on-site and use a combination of grapes we grow here on our vineyard as well as some we bring in from California and other wine growing regions. Our winery has been the latest addition here at Arrowhead Acres with our grand opening in the fall of 2018.
